		<description>I wish this young man the very best of luck - he seems very intelligent, although I fear his focus on academia and career, has negatively skewed his development in other, equally important areas.

Complacency is a plague that has unfortunately began to devour Jan. Perhaps this will aid him in his attempts to secure a role in the financial world, although a sustainable life of content, will become increasingly difficult to possess.</description>
